  • These terms govern all online purchases, payments (including American Express and other card payments), cancellations, delivery, and customer support.

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept major credit/debit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, UPI and Net Banking.
  • Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway providers.
  • No sensitive card information is stored on our servers.
  • You agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
  •  Any order may be canceled if payment is not successfully authorized.

3. Pricing,Tax & Charges

  • All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Prices may change at any time due to business or operational requirements.

4. Order Confirmation & Verification

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • For high-value or suspicious transactions, we may contact you for identity verification to prevent fraud.
  • If verification fails or is not completed, the order may be cancelled and the paid amount refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability (typically 3–7 working days within India and for international orders 7-14 days).
  • Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email/SMS.
  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or operational issues are beyond our control.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if products are unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (including Amex) within 5–10 working days after quality check.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • For damaged or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos as proof.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • In case the product is unavailable or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Brawller is not responsible for delays, courier issues, or force majeure incidents.
  •  Our maximum liability is refunding the amount paid for the product.
