- Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway providers.
- No sensitive card information is stored on our servers.
- You agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
- Any order may be canceled if payment is not successfully authorized.
3. Pricing,Tax & Charges
- All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or operational issues are beyond our control.
6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted only if products are unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (including Amex) within 5–10 working days after quality check.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- For damaged or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos as proof.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- In case the product is unavailable or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

11. Limitation of Liability
- Brawller is not responsible for delays, courier issues, or force majeure incidents.
- Our maximum liability is refunding the amount paid for the product.
